IFX’s Brendan Ruiz transfers to BayernLiga promoted DJK Don Bosco Bamberg for the remainder of the 2015-16 season.

Ruiz, who has had previous experience in Germany with our Pro IFX 30 day soccer trial program and most recently competed with SpVgg Weiden (also a member of the BayernLiga) has completed a move to Don Bosco Bamberg. While at SpVgg Weiden, Ruiz amassed 1 Goal // 1 Assists in 6 Matches Played. DJK Don Bosco Bamberg is the smaller of the main two Bamberg-based German association football clubs. FC Eintracht Bamberg 2010 is the bigger of the two with more traditional history in the higher reaches of football in Bavaria. FC Eintracht Bamberg 2010 is also where former Pro IFX 30 day trial participant Alassane Kane competed during the fall campaign. Kane was also a winter transfer for DJK Don Bosco Bamberg as they look to avoid the relegation battle this season.

The BayernLiga-Nord campaign kicks off again on 27th of February, 2016 for DJK Don Bosco Bamberg, as they visit VfL Frohnlach. We wish Brendon and Alassane all the best during the second half of the season with their new clubs.
