Soccer Exchange Programs
Our
most popular program, the International Fútbol X-Change,
gives players of all ages, the opportunity to experience football
and life in another country. FARA's IFX programs include the Pro
IFX for adult players, the Youth Year IFX, a year long soccer study
abroad program, and the Youth Summer IFX, a 2-week long summer soccer
immersion program. IFX programs are superior alternatives to soccer
camps and soccer boarding schools in that players train and compete
WITH the foreign clubs rather than simply training with other program
participants. With the exception of the Youth Summer IFX, players
are typically the only FARA player on the team, enabling the players
to fully experience the foreign culture and language, and to learn
not only from UEFA licensed coaches, but also from their fiercely
competitive foreign peers.
Players are immersed in a foreign culture, possibly amidst a new
language, with players from all corners of the globe. It is an unforgettable
life experience, providing a new perspective on the different walks
of life that all share a passion for the same beautiful game. For

FARA Action Days
are specially designated professional soccer games of various professional
leagues throughout the Americas, where clubs dedicate a portion
of their proceeds to FARA's cause.
FARA is closely involved with the promotion of each Action Day,
where FARA representatives are present to pass out literature and
anti-racist propoganda. There are generally special events at each
game including cultural foods, music, and other festivities.
Games are either league games between two clubs from the same country
or specially designated international exhibition matches and tournaments,
where fans can easily experience the excitement of another culture
while celebrating their own.
