IFX players stay at the beautiful Freiburg Youth Hostel nestled in the picturesque Black Forest, next to the Dreisam River and SC Freiburg Bundesliga stadium. Meals are included and eaten at the youth hostel.

Upon arrival in Frankfurt, Germany, players are picked up at the Frankfurt International Airport and escorted by train to Freiburg. There is a 24 hour experienced chaperone that stays with the boys throughout the program at the youth hostel, taking them to daily training, and guiding the touring activities. At the end of the program, players are escorted again by train to Frankfurt International Airport for their depature.

IFX maintains a good balance between planned activities, soccer, and free time throughout the program. Activities include: a tour through Freiburg's charming downtown , a unique obstacle/adventure course in nearby Lake Titisee, and attendance of a professional Bundesliga soccer match.

Accommodation in Freiburg Youth Hostel.
Roundtrip airfare included.
Full board included. Breakfast, lunch, and dinners eaten with at hostel. Lunches sometimes eaten out during tourist excursions. (Lunches to be paid for at player's expense if eaten out.)
Full time chaperone during entire program.
10-15 training sessions, Mon-Fri each weekday morning and/or afternoon.
Participation in friendly matches as guest players of Freiburger FC's youth teams.
Official Freiburger FC club gear including warm-up suit, practice jersey, shorts, and socks.
Tourist activities including visits to Freiburg downtown, the Black Forest, and Lake Titisee.
Attend a professional Bundesliga (German pro league) match upon availability

For Boys players age 14-18 (Birth years 1991-1995)
Players must be currently competing at a competitive level of soccer in their state.
Limited space per age group.
Maximum of 12 players accepted into program.
Players chosen on a first-come first-serve basis for all of those who fulfill
program requirements.

All applicants must also be sure to have a current passport. Non-US citizens with residency in the US must also have a current passport, and be able to obtain a travel visa to Germany.
